Without food you die and with bad foods you become ill.
Whereas, with proper foods, which are widely mocked, you are able to recover from a wide range of illnesses and start feeling terrific again.

This video, despite the lame disclaimer hovering over it since recently (today is the sixteenth of January 2014), has become a major life changer for me two(!) years ago. And not only for me. Also for others of whom I know they do their best at following the diet. Not only am I spending way more time in my kitchen since about two years, my MS symptoms have diminished, if not entirely vanished for some.
